Hi

We have had a few enquiries regarding setting up a telephone support service for sales & marketing issues/ enhancement i.e.
  • Recommendations for increasing the number of leads
Unique selling points evaluation and recommendations
How to establish issues that hinder closing opportunities
    Resolution of the above issues
    Online PR
    Finding and vetting salespeople
    Company image evaluation and recommendations
    Sales cycle analysis
    Online advertising and promotion
Writing commission plans including minimum contributions
Motivation of the sales & marketing team
The major considerations of setting up a reseller program
Selling to the governmental sector/ other specific industries
    Assistance closing specific opportunities etc.
and we would like to know what the forum thinks of this idea, what your concerns would be (if any), would you use the services and what you think of the proposed pricing model below:

Support call costs based on BIZAL calling you back @ £120.00 per hour.
Calls duration would be rounded upwards to the nearest full 20 minutes and would be billed based on the number of 20 minute units used.
For all calls that are expected to take over 2 units i.e. 40 minutes an emailed quote and returned acceptance would be required before we provide the solution unless otherwise agreed.

How about just doing a premium rate line that peopel can call for advice without contract, or people can sign up to a support contract at X per month and have access to call a 0800 number as part of the deal?

My own personal feedback would be that I would want to call up and have advice on one particular issue and want a quote for doing that project. I'd then either say yes or no (its how I work with my current PR company)
