Sorry it doesn't matter whether you feel you are in your rights or not. You have to refund the full amount.

The DSRs are a joke, the amount of companys that will not refund your postage and will refuse to collect goods if you do not want them (despite the dsr say they have to) outweighs the companys actually following them.

Try getting a refund on postage if you didn't like the item from amazon/play.com/asos.com/ thousands of e-commerce sites.

Good for you if you are sticking to them, but ALOT of companys do not, and they don't get punished - i guarantee if you tell 100 people they can't have there postage back 99.9% of the time they will not fight it, and if one does - refund them the cost of the others will cover it.
