What 3 pieces technology which have added the most efficiency gains to your business?

My answer:

1) Smartphone Camera - never again do I have the agony of looking for scraps of paper with notes on them.

2) SMS Marketing - I use Esendex to send text messages to 1000 customers with the click of a mouse. Essential for reminding customers of your service 3-4 times a year.

3) Podio - Online CRM platform. Massive time saver in terms of looking for customer details.

They added to your business by delivering healthy people who can earn money to buy your products.

Take a holistic approach and you will realise everything is connected. You cannot isolate 3 technologies. In any case, SMS marketing isn't a technology. The messaging system is the technology but this could only happen because of digital microwave transmission which can trace it's roots back to good old analogue radio. Throw in quantum theory and cellular networks, GPS and even the 240VAC needed to charge your phone.
