Weltpixel doesn't create Purchase tag

Hello all.
We have used Weltpixel for enhanced ecoomers a long time. Yesterday we faced problem. In July Google Analytics stopped tracking purchases. As we saw in July WP Product Event Purchase tag was deleted.
We updated extension and updated tags, but WP Purchase tag wasn't created. Support didn't help us. As we can see there are API errors.
What is a problem?

It would be really difficult to know the root cause until confirmed or checked by Magento developer. We have used Scommerce Mage module for Enhanced E-commerce tracking in past and never had any issue, their support is great as well. Please have a look at the following link, they have GTM / Enhanced Ecommerce modules for M1 and M2 both.
