I've found out that LEDs for the decking lights can be very different in the terms of the light output so you might want to double check that otherwise your decking might look like an airport runway - go for a subtle pretty low light output ones.
I agree with the post above - I don't think you need a food hygiene checked - you're not producing anything, but just selling it.
It's mostly the food producing outlets that need their hygiene score done.
Google search trends might be a good place to start... Most people also use rather long search terms "long tail keywords", but you'd have to pretty much guess which works best for you.
I just read in the Times newspaper that we might have a further 5 to 10 years of these cold rainy summers - bad news for restaurants and other places which depends on people leaving the comfort of their homes. Living in Dover, I say that takeaways in Dover and everywhere else in UK will probably...

Yes, the lease paperwork will tell you that... I guess if you've bought something during that 15 year lease then it's yours anyway, but the stuff that was there when you moved in is owner's - might be as plain and simple as that.
Why not try closer to home? Say Latvia? You can always make a short 2h flight to visit them on location is any problems arise?
I bet the cost is competitive as well. This is a nice website to check out...
for a new startup web business I'd go with sole trader - only because it will save you money doing accounts and you never know with online businesses - the idea might be great, but it might not work in real life.
we've just done a full redevelopment of our web based back-office system to enable white-label services - it works for us - nice % of the revenues comes our way while the other companies can offer services they wouldn't be able to on their own...
