Hi all, another newbie with some basic questions.
Having recently set up as a Limited company in order to accept a contract for work, i have a couple of basic questions I hope you can help me with.
In my haste, I set-up my Ltd company with just one person, me the director. I now wish to add my wife as an additional director and I think I understand that i am required to file an AP01 with companies house. Is there anything else required for me to do regarding this task?
My second question, the one I am very unsure about is how I increase the number of shares in my company from 1, in order to allocate shares to the new director.
How many shares do i need? What will this cost etc? Any advice on this topic will be greatly appreciated.
