    Many use companies such as MailChimp etc and even we have a partner company BoldMailer which offers mailing tools and marketing. As some others have said the manual email send can be better but depends on what you want your mail marketing tool to do for your business as many are general tools.

    Have to agree with @fisicx here as the advertising costs of letting agents is huge and you will be competing with larger companies who can list on Rightmore/Property Finder and so on. I wouldn't give up as any company can work as long as you have a plan! I would first start researching...

    Having a .com & .co.uk is the ideal situation but I would not let this put you off going forward with just one of these. As long as the .com site is not in the same industry and/or offering the same sort of products I do not believe it will cause too much damage. Just my 2 cents/pence ;)

    They are overall a reliable provider but their due require contracts (1-3 years sort of thing) with most of their services so as with any provider that requires contracts just make sure they offer everything you require. Also if you do a Google search they do have a lot of happy customers.
