Basic Ordering System

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a basic ordering system that will only be needed for 1 item. It'd be for a hard copy book someone I know is looking to sell.

I know there's the likes of Magento, openCart etc - I just wondered whether there was anything made especially for 1 item.

Ideally free, doesn't need to be anything special hence why I'm not looking to pay.

If you are going to be using something like PayPal then you can just use the PayPal cart/buy button. PayPal provides the code for your website and if you are only selling 1 item then you do not need a full shopping cart system as it can turn people off.

You might want to check out Amazon's Payment system as well.

All you need is an order form with payment option. Plenty of ways to do this using wordpress and other platforms.

If you want something a little more bespoke then you can get a plugin/module written for a just a few pounds.

I'm actually working on this sort of thing at the moment... Fancy being my beta tester?

paypal button is probably the right answer

can then drop it easily into pretty much any web page and manage orders directly in paypal
