Hello all,
I have haven't posted on here for a while but i was hoping somebody could answer a few questions i have.
Last Tuesday we starting having email issues where most emails being sent to Hotmail we're being sent to junk. We then noticed this was also happening to some corporate email addresses.
We was on a shared server so took the decision last Friday to move to a dedicated server, this we was told was successfully completed on Sunday the 23rd Feb.
We are still having the same email issues where Hotmail is sending them to junk (every email) through send mail and this is also the same sending through SMTP.
This now seems to be getting worse by the day with more and more emails not being sent through SMTP - we are being told by our host they have changed everything they possibly can and that we should just wait for it to settle.
How long do we wait for until we think we have a serious problem?
Just FYI - we are currently hosting with Vidahost.
Any advice would be appreciated.
