we are looking for a sales person in the south wales area, on a commission bases first, ( 2 months to prove them self) then on a salery + Commission once they have showen that they can sell. We supply and install fire systems , fire extinguishers, cctv ,electrical, etc etc. the potential is very big, with every business requiring their fire systems & fire extinguishers serviced, if interested then please PM me

They are typically self-employed and submit invoices to the engaging company to get paid, rather than salaries.

The obvious advantages are no employee costs or paperwork although I think their are more regulations (under a Labour Government, you don't say ) now in regards to how self-employed can be seen to be employees under certain conditions.

Offering commission only is not that uncommon. Not the best way to go in my book but it happens none the less.
