Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I need a sales person and am happy to offer 30%-40% of revenue generated. The perceived value of the package is £5k - £8k but I am prepared to allow it to be sold from £1k - £2k upwards. A solid driven sales person could sell 1 package every 1 to 2 days, but I’m not sure the best place to advertise this.

I know commission only people are hard to find because they are the best sellers. They are confident in their ability and demand the best rates in commission, which is why I’m prepared to offer 30% as soon as cleared funds are received and an extra 10% for achieving mutually set targets.

The product is sponsorship for award ceremonies for Architects and Hotels at this point, with other industries coming onboard.

The prospect can be pitched over the phone and can be directed to a web page where the order can be taken. Alternatively the sales agent may wish to visit prospects to achieve a higher sales value. This would of course be the choice of the person doing the selling.

Can anyone point me in the direction of someone who is sharp, driven and ambitious that potentially could run a sales department?

I'm not sure you've got this bit of your understanding entirely right Geoff, but you'd be most welcome to come into our forum of UK sales professionals and discuss it further...

...or drop me a line if you're convinced enough about what you want (see Selling made easy! thread in this forum) to advertise the vacancy.
