The only down thing is, the access for now is straight, what make complicated to up and down with stuff, it not mean that we can inplant In future.

Cafe, restaurant, farm, dog, bakery, shop,

I want to take advantage of this coronavirus to generate new opportunities new business

If anyone have more recommendations, very welcome

A farm in a basement in a city centre?
Indoor farming is indeed possible and there are a number of companies trying to make it financially viable. I just do not have the slightest clue of how close they are to achieving it.

Straight access?
No clue what that is.

You want to take advantage of coronavirus?
Then mask seller, handwash seller etc.

Or more long term, removal company, house clearance, insolvency practitioner etc.

Somewhere to get CV19 tests done
Sorry, government will not pay me anything, also I don't believe it's a good idea, best is hire a large lorry and drive around

Could be a wind farm
Hahah oh ye

Like fast chickens, we could grow vegetables in days.

I mean the basement only have 2 small stairs for access what make some difficulty to develop some type of business until future construction.

When I said coronavirus, not in that way
Is people growing and in other hand people going down

Given all that's happening in the world at the moment, I'd concentrate on vegetables as I cannot see you getting the permits to keep livestock in an indoor farm at a city centre's basement.
For clarity, the fact it is technically possible does not make it financially viable.

Never expect government to pay you anything and you won't be disappointed.
Lots of other businesses are also not getting any money from government.

No no, I don't want to do a farm, but the only farm I can see profits is cannabis farm to do in this case. But no for this idea

I know
But like I mentioned you get 2 massive large basement where you don't have to pay anything for that, you would want to do something with that space
unfortunately money is no much, so can't make a good invest and rebuild a new infrastructure.

Dungeon - knocking-shop combination. Put a GoPro in the corner for a bit of additional revenue.

Yes have come up with multiple ideas. Up to you what to do or how to utilise.

What sort of business do you have planning permission for @Set77

What sort of business do you have experience of running/working in?

What sort of budget do you have to set up your business and pay for the first six months or so of running costs?
