I'm not an accountant but can ask one of those I deal with, provided no one from UKBF is able to help you.

How urgently do you need it doing ?

Not urgent. But booked an appointed with tax assist on Monday to discuss. All depends on the price as all I need is to file an return. All info needed is here!

yes I have tried, but got stuck on balance sheet continuing... section

not sure what to fill with
called up share capital
revaluation reserves

;(

Are you using the full set of accounts? There should be a note near the back that gives you the split down of reserves and share capital.

Don't give up, you can do it. And we will all help :)

Thanks thatsvery kind of you!
I am using free agent software, so have all my P&L and balance sheet here,
There is no revaluation reserve on my balance sheet. I don't have any fixed assets and no stock. But I have director loan of £4900. If I put £4900 in revaluation reserve then the hmrc software said its balance, but don't think it's the case!

if you dont have fixed asset then don't worry about revaluation reserve , just enter your paid up share capital

That's where I am not sure about.
I put £5000 into business, and I have 100 shares of £1 each, so what should I put under called up share capital. Unless I put £5000, the software will say its not balance :(

director loan of £4900 will into current liabilities not revaluation reserve

Oh I see, I will have a another go tomorrow.
Can I ask you if it's correct or not. I paid £3000 out of my director loan instead of dividend as another member said there is no tax consequence, so in fact, I will only have about £1500 left in director loan. But on free agent balance sheet, under current assets. After stock, and cash in hand, It has director loan £3000, is it right?

there is no tax implication if you withdraw money introduced in company as director loan initially , if you paid 3,000 it should Cr bank and Dr director a/c leaving balance of 2000 in director a/c, i think you picked wrong a/c to debit in your accounting software

Hi, yes sorry it's £2000 left on the loan, type wrong. Lol
I booked to see tax assist on Monday, hope you will complete the return for me! :)
