Hi Everyone

I'm trying to find some super hot on page analysis software for SEO. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Things I'd like it to do:

Look at all of the internal links of a site and tell me if they are nofollow, images, alts, anchors
Look at all pages and tell me page titles, headers, images/alts, outbound + inbound links, top KW density (i know but I need to know keywords are mentioned), maybe.. copyscape the content.

Anyone know of anything??

Thanks

Andy

I don't think it's quite what you're after Andy, but I've got the SEO Site Tools (by Carter Cole) plugin for Chrome on my browser, but it only works on a page by page basis..

Sorry if you've got it already or if it's nothing like what you want!

Actually, doesn't Xenu do some of this?

How about Search Engine Optimisation Toolkit from Microsoft?

That might do you actually.

Couple of SEOGadget pages here - https://seogadget.co.uk/tag/iis-seo-toolkit/

Edit: Just put in a url and it crawls and picks the basis, found it quite useful even if its not perfect. It is a pain in the ass to install though if I remember correctly!!

You want the various Site analysis tools put together @ seomoz.com - it will do all that and more, and automatically recrawl your site once a week and alert you of any issues...

(Probably doing myself out of a job here... :) )

Internet Business promoter (IBP) will go over the whole site and give recommendations,

Is it just for your site ? if so maybe not worth the outlay (£200 ish)

this is a very in-depth report, try the free version to see if you like it, but it hides all the recommendations until you upgrade

That doesn't look like it lists all the links on a page, give me headers, titles, etc etc for every page.

Most tools seem to cater for just off page, shame it's looking like there isn't any indepth onpage analysis software. Have to keep doing it manually :(

Have a look at Seo spyglass that can do much of what you want but i think your right you may need to use many tools to get what you need

Seo spyglass is a good tool. It [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma]Discovers backlinks the site has, [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma]Shows the BEST keywords to optimize the site for and [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma]Tells you how to beat your competitor's PageRank.

Iv'e tried most and they suck and will probably get you banned by Google anyway. Now i just stick to Firefox and some chosen plugins. there are loads to choose from.

I use the SEO Spider from Screaming Frog. It's a bit like Xenu but built for purpose. See comparison of the two at SEOMoz blog recently - Google "screaming frog seo spider vs xenu", I'm a noob in these forums and they won't let me post links :(

The SEOMoz Toolbar gives a good analysis of on-page, as does SEOMoz Pro.

Cheers,

Rob
