I've been selling on Amazon for almost 15 years, have sold a company for 6-figures in lockdown and currently sell my own branded products across Europe under the 'Poker Night Pro' brand. I have no staff, no warehousing, use FBA for everything (including fulfilling sales that come from eBay and my website) and everything is fully automated so I need to spend very little time on the business. I have to deal with about 6 emails per year - Amazon handles everything else on my behalf - and I turn over big 6 figures with just three products.

My main job is teaching people how to sell on Amazon properly. I am the 'Amazon Geek' at Sales Geek and coach companies of all shapes and sizes all over the world. My smallest clients are one-man bands and my biggest two turn over in excess of £50m each (one in the UK and one in the US). They generally fall into 3 categories:
    1. They already sell on Amazon but DKWTDK (don't know what they don't know). I knock them into shape and then usually stay on with a small retainer to keep them up to date each month (Amazon moves the goalposts almost every day! Many people wing it on Amazon and, at best, this means they are leaving money on the table; at worst, it gets them suspended or shut down altogether.
    2. Manufacturers that want to go direct to customers rather than use the traditional route to market. Why sell to wholesalers and distributors when you can sell to the end user and make a better margin. I teach them how to get brand protection, create world-class listings, do proper keyword research, use FBA (both in the UK and beyond), use PPC to influence organic positions and expand internationally.
    3. People/companies that want to sell something on Amazon and don't care what. These are the most interesting because there is no baggage from having an existing product (which might already be saturated on Amazon). As well as all of the above I also teach how to find 'pockets of opportunity' on Amazon. Vastly simplified, this is products which are selling despite having problems (either with the product or because the listings are poor). You then improve the product, create a world-class listing and steal market share.
I am huge believer that in order to teach how to sell on Amazon, you must be a seller yourself. There are loads of so-called 'gurus' out there who haven't sold on Amazon for years. Or have created big turnovers by spending fortunes on PPC just to make themselves look good. I have a successful brand already and keep bang up to date with all of Amazon's changes so I can pass this knowledge on. I use Helium 10 and am certified to teach how to use their software, which is amazing by the way! In my opinion you can't sell on Amazon without either Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. I have used both and prefer the former.

I am more than happy to have a 30-minute Zoom chat with anyone and see if I can help. I do this for free as it often leads to paid work but I can't remember a call that hasn't resulted in big wins. If you want to book a call, send me a message and I will reply with my Calendly link. You can then check my calendar for a slot and book one that suits. It will also generate the Zoom link/reminder and you will get a transcription of our call by email afterwards (which is accurate enough to be funny sometimes but does the job!).

You can also contact me by email if you like - [email protected] and here is the company website - www.salesgeek.co.uk/about. I am the unusual one by the way - all the other 'geeks' are either high-level sales directors or trainers. I deal with everything Amazon/

Hi - that is one of the areas I can help with but I am more on the strategy side of things rather than a graphic designer.

There are plenty of people on Fiverr that can help with the actual design...

    I specialise in things like:
    • Amazon account setup - registration, documentation, pitfalls to avoid
In particular, there are 5 things that should match exactly or your listings can get suppressed
    • Ideal products for Amazon and which ones to avoid
    • Amazon-specific software used for research, automation, accounting, etc.
    • Research needed before you start creating your listing...
      - Product benefits (review research)
      - Problems solved + extras (review research)
      - Keyword research (needed for listing construction)
    • Cutting-edge strategies for finding new products to sell
    • Images - what they should be doing and how it should be done on Amazon
    • Listing construction - title, bullet-points, description, keyword section (all using ranking keywords)
    • FNSKUs/barcodes/EAN numbers and GS1
    • Seller versus Vendor accounts
    • Trademarking/branding
    • The ‘Amazon Brand Registry’ and stopping 'hijackers'
    • Ranking, the Amazon algorithm and teaching the algorithm your listing is relevant
    • FBA, Prime and seller-fulfilled Prime (SFP)
    • Product reviews / feedback / ‘Vine’ / rules of engagement
    • ‘Sponsored Products’ (PPC) basic set up
    • Amazon stores and A+ content
    • Expansion into the other European Amazon sites - Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, and Belgium
    • Basic and advanced ‘Sponsored Products’ strategies
    • Automation and the work-life balance
    • Expansion into other Amazon regions (.com/.ca/.me/.au/.jpn, etc)
If any of that sounds useful. by all means use the following link to book a call and we can see if I can help. No cost or obligation and I haven't had one yet that hasn't resulted in some quick wins...
