I've seen them ranging from £20-£100+ Don't need central London address, or something as fancy, any recommendation which company that is especially fast?

Also, do I need printed 'Certificate of Incorporation' to open bank account? seems some charge extra for the paper copy. Could I print it myself after receiving it electronically?

Please let me know,

Cheers!

Quick Formations is run by the founder of this forum. I've used them and was happy with the service.

No you don't need a paper copy. You'll get a PDF which you can print for yourself.

You'll get a bulk standard Memo & Articles. Be certain that's what you need, and if there are special requirements take advice.

This is a service that we have provided many clients, I could give you a call in the morning (Monday) and have your new Limited Company up and running by the close of play tomorrow.

How much does it cost to register a basic Ltd, may I ask? :)

Thank you - that's very helpful.

Though it says on some sites, that the business must have a registered UK office - since my little enterprise is largely internet based, could I fill in my house address as the office? :)
