i havnt used the account for months so its old and dead stock
i done very well with it earlier in the year but left it there and its dropped 10k since
one thing BB doesnt do is if they combine or issue more share (forgot the name) you dont get the options, i worked out my portfolio was worth 143k if i took the options from 9k investment i started with, which is why i stopped using BB as it got to 29k return not the 43 it should have
ill reset though as its only fair

dont buy connaught but do look who their competitors are, they did have alot of business so it has to go somewhere
sadly no other tips, problem with short term shares is you either need to do it properly or you dont do it at all, you need to be quite on the ball and have a few weeks research in hand, i didnt have the time so stopped doing it.
i did enjoy doing day/week trades though, its a great buzz when you tripple your money in a day but its also very addictive

dont buy connaught
I had the same thought, so I bought Mears (MER) as they are the most likely to pick up the contracts from connaught. I sold them this morning however as I am predicting them to drop a bit, then I will buy in again.

I signed up but not sure I like this system charged me 10% more than price quoted so down 3K on 50K already but I'll make it up. How long does this run though or is just to see who can get up front.

thats not uncommon with shares though to see the bid quite a bit higher than actual.
saying that i didnt bother and it cost me £300 on5ks worth this morning

Couple of oil companies, Fenner and Tullow. Plus William Hill.

This is ridiculous. Got myself into top spot. Am ready to trade out and and look at some new (secret) opportunities and the damn system keeps crashing.

Thanks, its working now, when I tried yesterday it would not let me log in.
I joined the site last year and did not look at it since I traded all my account for LGEN (legal & general), but my shares rose by 68% without doing anything else.

Just to make things fair, I traded all my stock and lost £15K since I joined the league, I will make every effort to lose some more on a daily basis until you all catch up
