I think you're pi**ing in the wind here. I cant see anyone willingly allowing you to trade under their company name and their VAT registration (which as far as I know is illegal)

You can register your company for around £25 with companies made simple and register for VAT for free.

I honestly don't believe anyone intelligent enough to gain a reasonable grasp of the complex science of Geology is unintelligent enough not to have grasped basic English grammer, spelling or business ethics...

To obtain what you need to obtain is a very simple process... Get on with it; or pick more stupid targets for your next scam!

Dom, just visit www.companiesmadesimple.com and use their online service. You can choose a company name and register it online. It usually only takes about 3 hours.
You can register for VAT yourself (try a Google search for more info), or you can also have Companies Made Simple do that for you too. You'll find VAT registration under the services they offer.
