No. If the uploader has allowed embedding then you can do that. Be careful though, if you embed a video by a user that doesn't have permission to upload that video it could get taken down in future, removing it from your site.

If you stick to the official channels (Such as the VEVO network) though you'll be fine.

Hey Guys,

Is it considered breaking the copyright rules by embedding a YouTube video preferably a music video onto my own website?
Remember that if the utube video is changed to something else like a home holiday movie or worse like people engaged in adult naked stuff, then that’s what you will be showing on your website as well. A bit of a risk in my opinion,

I'm not entirely sure that's even possible. I don't think you can replace YouTube videos and keep the same ID. New uploads get new ID's.

You can't change an existing video.. You have to upload a new video to YT if you want to change the actual video, incurring a new video ID. :rolleyes:
