Would this be a trademark violation?

I want to write a book which uses the phrases "Getting Things Done" somewhere in the title. It is about time management. There is a book called "Getting Things Done"and it is registered as a trademark. See here: http://www.davidco.com/about-gtd

"GTD® and Getting Things Done® are registered trademarks of David Allen & Co."

Does that mean that if I wrote a book called "The 5 Best Ways of Getting Things Done" I would be infringing on the trademark?

Thanks,

Jon

Here is a link to the trademark

The fact that you would be proposing to use those words in a book that covers a very similar topic to thate of the trademark holder obviously counts against you. The case against you would be a little weaker if you were making a film about raising chickens or some other such unrelated topic.

Dear Jon 12345

Have a read of the UK IPO or OHIM in Europe websites which offer useful information about trade marks. You can add things to your proposed trade mark to make it more distinctive and unique to your business.
