I would like to import beer from China, does any body have experience about importing beer? what do I need to know and to do first?
how popular is the Chinese beer in the Uk?

already been done. Tsingtao is available in every supermarket. And weak beers like Snow will not appeal to UK drinkers.

I usually drink Tsingtao,Yan Jing and Pear River. But I not sure the popularity in UK.

Im not really sure why you would want to do this, the only "decent" brand is already in the uk as has been said.

I would say you should look to import wine in to China, especially some low end champagnes like moet. If you can find a way through the tape you could do well. I have a friend here doing so.

Tsingtao is the most famous brand of China beer. And it is well-known internationally. But Tsingtao has its own sales & marketing strategy, they export directly. So you may not have a good price if import. If you import other brands, we need to worry about the sales in UK.

I agree with belucrative. Imported wines are popular in China recent years. And there are more and more foreigner living in China. You can find a way to sell UK beer to China.
