Any suggestions for follow up emails and review request emails on products when using woocommerce . I was using mailchimp but just for promotional email newsletters, nothing automated but I want to step into automated emails...

Brevo looks good, but the automation side of thing and placeholders, etc doesn't look simple to use...

Mailchimp does automation. You just need to pay for the service.

No matter what you use, it’s not simple to setup and configure. Might be worth paying someone to help with this. It’s what I did, saved me hours of work and wasn’t expensive.

Aren't there WC plugins for this?

Also, Acymail might be able to do this.

There are loads of plugins that will help.

But the automation is set up in the mailer application. It is complicated but there are plenty of tutorials you can watch/read
