Which is the good software for Project Time Tracking?

I am looking for a good software which can handle my projects with time tracking. Can anyone suggest some of the software?
No worries about the financial things but software should perform good so that in returns I should be satisfied.

In addition to my post - I have search online & found that Microsoft is providing Project Professional 2007.

If you have your own webserver (or a webhosting account), you can deploy phprojekt from phprojekt.com, an open-source application.
Shared hosting accounts with cPanel and Fantastico or SimpleScripts have this in their list and you do not need to configure it yourself.
