Where to sell my business

Anyone recommend good websites, blogs etc to sell my business which is based in Italy? It's an indoor children's playhouse and English learning centre.

You need an agent in Italy Herbie. You can't run a business like that from another country. Try contacting other nursery's or playschools in the town it is located they might make you an offer although I doubt you get what you want. I saw one of your other posts.

What you paid £25K for one piece of eqpt. Custom made or not you were ripped off. You can buy a timber framred bungalow for that.

I am in Italy, so am running the business 2 min from my home. The price I paid for the eqpt is a bargain..i know it was worth 40k..supplier bought it for 20k and sold it to me 25 new. Why?? because i opened the door for them in italy and also i could have gone with the chinese boys they were buying it from i the 1st place but i wanted to be invoiced by uk co.

I am now looking to sell the biz which is 1 of the few biz to have grown in the last 2 years..grown by 40%. I wanna sell as my biz model and exit strategy was after the 2 yr period sell and or franchise.

Now looking for perhaps an expat or someone looking for good life in italy who wishes to run a small biz.

And how much are you asking for this biz Herbie. Indeed how much a franchise. In this country you can get a government grant to start a nursery. People don't have to pay for a franchise.

As for an ex-pat buying in. I doubt it. You would have to meet a whole lot of due diligence checks because like India and Niferia Italy is regarded in Britain as one obf the most corrupt countries on the planet

I wouldn't hold you breath then for anyone on here or any forum to sigh up.

Sorry Herbie. Then are the harsh realities however genuine you may be.

K means £1000 so 40K means £40,000.

Attempt getting in contact with different nursery's or maybe play schools in the area it can be situated they may cause you to the deliver though We uncertainty you will get what you long for.
