OK, who pinched them!! What have you done with them????

I've just caught a bit of the Tory party conference and i've heard "we need to raise taxes" and "we're putting the pension up", and "lets cap public sector wages and pensions".

I know that David Cameron is a Tony Blair wannabe, but surely, to hear traditional labour policies coming out of a tory mouth is just too weird.

I take it the new Conservative policy is simply "the complete opposite of what Labour are doing, or if we think they're doing something sensible, we'll just copy it, bring it forward a year and call it "NEW"".

I'm not a raging fan of the current incumbent, but FFS, give us an opposition, preferably one that has some values.

That's a tall order ;) heheh
Don't want to be all doom and gloom but the country is f****d no matter who gets in, the only difference will be which numpty people are pointing the finger at. Why don't they try and work together or is that also asking too much? ;)

Its called triangulation. :)

The main problem I see for them is how two quite well off people (Cameron and Osbourne) tell the rest of the society to sacrifice when they will not be feeling the pinch themselves.

Well, we shall see if Turkeys vote for Christmas..

Yep, like nurses voting for a pay freeze of their £18k per year salary. When apparently, anyone not working, with children, gets £18k of benefits for sitting on their backsides!!!

I can just see that one working, Not!!

Coupled with all that High School Musical crap ("we're all in this together"). I'd say that the Tories seem to be having a Neil Kinnock moment.

They don't need to do anything, they have little opposition, we are about to become officially run by the EU, their role is insignificant, it's all about making sure they have a wage and keeping up the propaganda so that it looks like they are doing something.

Technically they are redundant, the whole thing is a farce.

lets start our own party - the ukbf party...

we can put big walls up all around the UK, stop people leaving and getting in, stop goods leaving and getting in, learn to get along and produce our own goods again creating jobs, and trade acorns as currency. Oh and make power from the rain (that surely can't be too difficult in the old british weather)

Jen :)
