What is sending a product as "solid"

Hi guys,

I have some interest from a retailer in one of my products.

They said

"Ok I am happy to range the products but would you be able to send these as solids?"

I don't want to email them back asking what it means. I've trawled Google but to no avail - any ideas?

What is it they are wanting to buy?

its a range of glassware I am selling to them

Does it refer to the glass being well packaged and "solid"?
If not I have no other ideas I'm sorry.
