My first dog walk in another area, so in effect opening another branch, and sadly an exit strategy of some kind because having to provide a workplace pension in 2017 is really not going to happen for me. Hoping the exit is to franchise to my staff (so they become self-employed) while I get out of dog walking myself and concentrate on my other services.

My expectation is that borrowers will have realistic expectations and will present me with honest & current information

That start ups will present plans that focus on the business, not on the idea or the product

That lenders will unravel themselves from the mountain of money laundering and data protection regulation

And that every day of 2016 will be the first day of spring

I want my photography diary to bring in 35 weddings - which is currently at 20 so almost there.

My newest business doing vinyl stickers is only bringing in 10 at a push per week orders. I want to make it eventually 50+ a day, my aim for early 2016. Which shouldn't be a problem with a huge push in marketing. We will see though.

PLUS making it independent to eBay with my own online store.

I'm focusing on the Fundmybusiness cloud based Business Application becoming a disruptive force within the Financial Sector, simply putting it all Business Plans will become a standard uniformed format and essentially informs the Investors and Lenders what specifically the business is.

Hoping my Virtual PA and freelance telemarketing business will be ready to launch in January. Then spend the next few months attending networking events and putting my marketing plan into action , hopefully start to bring in some clients.

On a personal level, income levels the same as this year would be awesome. This year turned out to be far better than I hoped so anything in the same ballpark I would be happy with.

On a business level, im taking on my first advisor in February so I would like to think T/O should maybe double for the year although that depends to some extent on the person I am taking on.

I think next year could be choppy from a 'smooth running' perspective, Ideally I'd like to think it would be simply a 'rinse, repeat' of 2015 but with 'new improved formula' resulting in more lather. But deep down I think that sterling might get a bit of a drubbing as a result of the possible Brexit......& Sterling getting a kick in the slats would not be good for my business at all.
