  Hi
  I came across one of your old post about information you were giving someone regarding dog walking/employing someone with a zero hour contract.
  I want to take someone on for a day or 2 per week.
  A few questions.
  So would you pay by the hour and not per dog?
  Would you supply van/insurance?
  should I get some sort of contract so they cant steal my customers etc?
  any help would be much apricated

  I saw on a posting of yours that you mentioned about dog training and that good locations get booked up a lot?
  
  Do you know of some who would be interested in hiring some land every now and then to do this, in Chelmsford? I noted you had dog training in essex or similar.
