Does anyone know of any companies who offer this service.

We have a client who wants to develop a website where users text eg. signup to 880088 and gets a pin number returned to insert into the website for instant access.

Anyone know of any good providers of this service.

Yes, you can do it both directions... ask them to text, say, PIN to 60777 and get a pin number back from your server... or ask the user to enter their mobile number and just text the pin direct to them.
