I'm sorry but the site looks very amatuerish in my opinion but to be fair, it's a very good start if you've done the site yourself. I think it's clear what the site is about but why is this hidden code on each page?

Apart from being spam it makes me wonder if you've grabbed the basis of your site design from another design connected with cleaning and left odd bits of code in. Why else would you have this stuff in there?
On a more positive note;
I'd suggest you change your 'title' from
"Car Puncture repair ,Motorbike puncture repair, Ultraseal puncture prevention treatment"
to
"Ultraseal car motorbike puncture prevention treatment".
Your description above has 3 repetitions of the word 'puncture' within 10 words which is too high a frequency, my suggested title is only 6 words long but is tighter and more focussed whilst retaining all your desired keywords. You could also think about reducing your meta description down to 12 words from 17 and use the word 'puncture' only twice, your other keywords only once.
Reduce your meta keywords down to just 6 words.
Unless you are going into the cleaning business I'd remove
"META NAME="resource-type" CONTENT="Cleaning Services" and...
"META NAME="Subject" CONTENT="puncture prevention treatment for cars and motorbikes ride safe save money"... and
"META NAME="REVISIT-AFTER" CONTENT="7 days"

The above are not required and simply bloat the code.
