Website Appointment System

Hi All

I run a few business and am looking for an appointment system with CRM facebook and twitter integration. So that our clients and leads can book through the website.

We looked at bitrix24 which is perfect apart from the fact it does not have a online booking system.

Does anyone no of any decent ones?

Cheers

There are plenty of booking systems out there. What platform does your website use?

Ok. That makes life a lot simpler. Except for the the CRM integration. I'm assuming you want the booking details (name, email, etc) to be passed to the CRM. This can only work if the CRM has an API you can hook into.

I build this sort of thing all the time and nearly everytime it's the target system that blocks integration.

It all depends on what you want from the booking system and CRM. Like I said, I build this sort of thing all the time. It's not complicated to do and may serve your needs far better than trying to adapt and modify an off the shelf CRM.

We are not sure if it is easier to build our own CRM and booking system.

Again, you can use Office 365. A CRM is just a DB with lots of backend functionality. Some do it all, some do bits of it. It all depends on what you want to achieve. Office 365 will let you build a customer list very easily in SharePoint. You can then build in the functionality. You don't need to be able to write code as most of it is select from menu. You do need a clear idea of what it is you want to achieve. Do you have a specification?

We use Calendly. You can embed it so that your prospects can book/set an appointment on your website. It is simple and easy-to-use. It allows your prospects to book a time that is convenient for them (prevents overlap of schedule).

Besides that, we use HubSpot as our CRM, integrated with our phone system (RingCentral) via CTI called Tenfold.com.
