Hi everyone!

I'm currently needing a new phone number (with computing software) for my company. We currently have 5 extentions and uses yay.com.

Issue is for 5 people per month; Yay.com bill us £110. Which is a expense we'd rather not overly have.

Any ideas on cheaper providers? The perks we like about yay.com is the fact we can call around 50 international countries as well as the UK inbound and outbound and we have unlimited minutes. We also like there current app dashboard to manage and take calls from pc.

But we're not too pleased with the price. Any ideas on an alternative? For a 5 person team.

What does your company use etc.

All advice is appreciated! :D

Hard to say without knowing how you're using it.

As far as we're concerned, 5 users would cost you £7.50 per month on our Flex plan. But to that you'd have to add numbers - £3pm - and your calls, for which there are various plans. What tends to make some services expensive for multiple users is the need to buy multiple plans; our Flex plans allow you to build your own plan and share usage across all users - generally works out a lot cheaper.

Given that you've already got things set up and your usage is known, it's easy enough to see whether ours would be cheaper, just give us a call - 0345 868 5555

Hi! At the moment we are currently doing the following:

4 hours outbound and 3 hours inbound. We'd need international calling and if possible unlimited minutes or a closest paid minutes to what we are currently using.

We'd also need ivr menus, call recording, call groups etc. And a custom new number from you guys. As we won't be porting our current number over, due to porting/transfer prices from our current provider.

5 hours isn't much across 5 phones. Inbound calls are free. Unlimited international is impossible for anybody to provide as international termination charges (set by the called country) vary from 1p per minute to £1+ per minute.

All the other stuff is account base, not user based, so you pay for one not five.

Premium numbers vary from £50-£1000 one-off, depending how 'desirable' they are. We can usually do a deal on the expensive ones.

But anyway, we'll get you a quote.

If you could get me a quote that'd be awesome. I sent a email message earlier today.

In regards to the numbers. We do not require a premium number. A less desirable number will do, as part of our cost cutting efforts.

Standard 'landline' numbers - 01, 02, 03 - are £3 per month. What it all adds up to for you, I'll let the guys work out ;-)
