I need a virtual office provider for a new limited company and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

There is one company offering it for £29 a year and was curious what else was available. I'd mainly just like to hear from people who have experience using the company.

£29 a year looks very cheap. I did look for virtual office which I could use also as company registered address about 6 months ago. I paid £100 +VAT for a year for address near Rotherham. I need it to be in South Yorkshire area etc. If interested search for "The Wesley Centre".

What do you get for £29 a year
This is the package I have been looking at:

I only really need the company and directors addresses feature but might as well get the extras as well.

We run a site with a Virtual Office Service in Gloucester

You get what you pay for and if £29.00 gives you what you want for the year then take it. It is very cheap! They will be charging for every touchpoint on your account, receiving post and storage of all materials. I assume they offer, scanning and post-forwarding services? This will be heavily margined and make the annual cost pail in comparison.

80% of our sign-ups use us for a verified business address and pigeonhole for their company correspondence.

Heeded warning though. Sites with thousands of businesses registered at that address will be very obvious if you are trying to create a professional front and not using smoke and mirrors to show your true scale and business size. The largest in the UK is based in Covent Garden and with over 10,000 registered businesses on site, it is seen by many foreign entities as 'the place to be'.

OK, apologies on the pedency my side, but clarity in business it, to say the least, important.

I use a company that charged(d?) £39 a year for a registered office address and then another £10 for a directors service address.

They scan/email all official letters, but other correspondence is chargeable.

Ah, thank you. That sounds like exactly what I want.

I am interested in their contact details as I will need a new registered office and directors service address soon. Thank you
