Hello All

I have been toying with the idea of getting a virtual office from someone like Regus.

What would be really important for me is that if say someone phones and has a pc problem then wants to drop off there computer, they could drop it off at the virtual official location.

I guess as its a virtual office it would be a contradiction if a customer could actually visit the office?

But worth a post

P.S Could someone post me the link to the associated virtual receptionist that work with voipfone.co.uk as I dont want to have to pay the call re-direction bill with non VOIP Virtual Receptionist services.

Thanks
Paul

We offer an affordable virtual receptionist solution if you're talking about software rather than an actual person: Press1.co.uk

We have virtual office clients who invite their customers round to their 'office' a lot of the time so it isn't as uncommon as you may think. The bigger virtual office providers will include meeting room usage in the monthly price and VO clients will use the rooms to meet their customers.

The only problem you may come across is if the client drops off the PC whilst you aren't present and the it gets stolen...it is more than likely that you will be liable in such circumstances.

We provide virtual office services across the country so we could help you out potentially - links to website in our Signature

You don't need to pay for forwarding with many 'non-voip' virtual receptionists ( including ours). Unlimited forwarding to regular UK landlines is included in any monthly cost - alternatively if you do want to use VoIP you can get a free account at freespeech.co.uk which will also work with the press1 switchboard.

How do you work that one out?? Of course voipfone.co.uk will charge me if I call divert my calls to a non voipfone customer:

"if you transfer to someone with an ordinary telephone or a mobile phone anywhere in the world you will be charged at our standard low prices."

I was not referring to voipfone, I was referring to press1.co.uk - there is no cost per call forward, just a monthly fee for the switchboard.

There is a scheduler for open, closed and lunch. My advise is to take a free trial to see you have all the features you need. The switchboard web interface is nicely designed and easy to use.
