Yes it can. They will continuously tell their colleagues about whatever they read on FB. I’ve seen it happen to such an extent that colleagues wouldn’t use the canteen.

    As 86% of the adult population have been vaccinated with at least one dose it seems to me that this person can not live in our society let alone do a productive job involving anything to do with people.

    The only 'reasonable adjustment' that could be made here would be if the person could work from home so the route to take if that is not possible would be dismissal on grounds of capability?
    My initial comment did mention that they could never go shopping. Or anywhere else for that matter. If there is no possibility of accommodating their fears, then ultimately it would be a capability dismissal.

    It could if the individual influences their colleagues to the point of not taking the vaccine. Or, if you had another member of staff with mental health issues that were exacerbated by this individual's behaviour.

    It's a little like, if you allowed your employees to be exposed to dangerous ideologies at work, you could potentially be liable (I assume anyway, you would know the legalities better than I would).
