Good afternoon all!
Myself and my partner both live in UK for over 10 years. We are both UK residents and both are Polish.
My partner want to set up a business - hiring out some stuff for private parties. Whole trade will be done in Poland but we think that we can run it from UK, pay taxes and NI in UK (as we are now).
My question is - is it possible and if so - what do we need to do?
Will simply opening sole trader business in UK cover us for trade in Poland?
I know nothing about businesses - how to run it or start it up, yet alone international business!
Yearly income from that job would be around £10k if not less.
We will only trade with private people, not other businesses, so I believe no VAT involved?
We are both in full time employment, my partner is currently on maternity leave.
Please ask more questions if needed and if you know anything about such trade, please let us know.
Thank you kindly!
