I need help in knowing exactly what to do to list my products for drop shipping on the UK Amazon. I will uses the post office for shipping products to the dropshipping FBA site. I am very unclear about the VAT and customs and am hoping that someone who does this can help. The products i have will not have excise tax. I have sort of gathered that I can ship my boxes and the post office will clear them for a fee and then I will be billed for Vat and customs. I also think, but am not sure, I can recoup the VAT as it is charge when an item is sold on Amazon. I am unclear about the difference in fees between my import price and the sales price.
Is there anyone out there who can give me a simple guide to the process? The goods will have shipping of over $100 per box and I cannot afford to do this wrong. Amazon have not been very helpful.
