Terms & Conditions for online shop

Hi
I am just starting my own business and a part of my sales (hopefully!!) will be online via my website. I'm using Paypal to take the payments. Can anyone help with what I need to have under the terms & conditions tab on my website please. I am a start-up business and could do with-out the added cost of a solicitor at the moment.
Any help would be gratefully recieved and thanks for taking the time to read my post.

There are 2 types of web site conditions, one for the use of the web site ie service of site, IP etc and the other for e-commerce transactions. Most free for use terms only deal with the 'use of site' terms. Happy to quote for you, just PM me on here with your email.

Whatever you quote on your terms and conditions does not surpass UK law.

So, if your T & C's are reasonable, people will trade with you. If they are unfair and your customers dont read them it still becomes your problem if there is an issue at a later date.

Again, Uk Law overrides your T & C's.

I found samples on the business link's website, UK centric so very useful resource. They had example T&C pages, Privacy Policy etc etc that you could use for free.
