Tax - UK business posting from EU to EU

Hi, we're a t-shirt business and we're about to start working with a EU print on demand business sending t-shirts from a EU address to customers in the EU. I can't figure out if we are supposed to charge customers VAT, register in the EU for VAT etc etc. What's the right set up tax-wise?
ANY help would be appreciated.

If you are conducting business in the EU you need to follow the EU rules. The place of taxation is determined by where the goods are supplied.

You'll need to sign up for the One-Stop-Shop. You'll charge VAT at the rate of destination, at pay the VAT via OSS.
