Tax rates in Southern Ireland

Hi All,

Does anyone know or have a link to information regarding the business tax laws in Southern Ireland. I understand that the VAT rate is higher than UK but wondered if the other business rates i.e. Corp tax and payment via dividends is the same.

I'm thinking about moving to Southern Ireland and registering my business their but conducting work both in Ireland and the UK. (I provide Management systems so classed as service provider)

Any help much appreciated.
