Stuck in Scotland!

Hiya all,

Well, I'm here in a little village near Inverness on business for the hotel I run and am struggling to cope, as I thought I would be back in Oxford on Friday, but because of the snow, am stuck here and don't know when I'll be going back down south again...and am running out of knickers rapidly so it'd better be sooner rather than later!

I guess I've still got you lot to keep me company!

We are based in the middle of England and the snow is beginnig to clear - had lots of sleat today and temperatures have come up, so hopefully by the end of the week you may be able to travel back south again.

ps, wash your undies before you go to bed and they will dry by morning!

The amount of snow in the north east has more than halved since yesterday. For the first time in an (ice) age I've been driving on roads with some grip. Feels great.

I assume you're talking about me then?! Well, you are very good company, it's just I've been in business meetings all day since I first posted on here and haven't really had time to reply, but for the record, I'm still here in Scotland as another bucket of snow came down last night, although I hope to be moving on tomorrow at last...! We'll see...

Well, I'm actually staying in a hostel to cut down costs, although my reason was partly due to the fact that I was only going to be staying here until last Friday (so only 5 days), but seeing as the snow has affected me and I'm seriously running out of clothes (tmi I know, but I also have my period), and I can't wash anything here either, as everything is communal, I'm regretting that decision every minute!
