Starting my own accountancy practice

After many years at a big 4 accounting firm, I have decided to form my own accountancy practice. My plan is to operate fairly locally, that being Essex/East London.

I am going to offer the normal compliance services plus some work on business plans and supporting start ups. Having gone/going through the pain of Institute and HMRC registration, that seems to take agonisingly long to pass each hurdle, I can fully empathise with a start up!

I don't know if any business owners or fellow sole/small accountancy practitioners would be so kind to let me run some ideas past them? If you could, please send me a message, and while I can't send money, I can send very good thoughts your way

I can do, but I didn't want to take over the forum. Also, I have some questions on benchmarking pricing that I didn't think people would be keen talk about in public.
