Hi All, Just wondering if there was anyone who had details about renting office space or small incubation units in the Wigan area for a small business? Any help would be appreciated.

Hey, we're based in Bolton (not exactly Wigan)and looking to move to larger premises... but do a search for Bolton Enterprise Centre. They sound ideal for your needs and very good rent - ideal for small businesses

Hiya,

Dont know if you're still looking Tariq but we used to be based in Holden House on Holden road Leigh.. There are plenty of offices available in there from about £45 per week. It's clean, secure and gets about 16mb broadband easily. I think millers estate agents in Leigh still handle enquiries.

I was thinking exactly the same thing about Warrington.

It makes me laugh, ( well it doesn't actually ) there are premises all over the region boarded up that no-one wants, huge ex MFI buildings empty, ex-Woolies stores empty and I still can't find, decent affordable premises, something wrong somewhere.

Should be a Government incentive to get start ups into empty premises, tax breaks on rental incomes, subsidised rates etc.

This country needs new businesses.

I think they provide a similar in Chorley, so as the yanks would say "do the math"

As far as i know chorley dont have any as cheap as that. think they go for around £65per week. but they are better standard
