Sorry but the other person would need to sign up to claim the funds, states on there website FAQ. I am also aware that if you already have sent this payment through and "this person" does not sign up then the money will be returned to you within 30 days.

If you check the paypal FAQ it states that you can send money to someone that does not have a paypal account sort of proof of I.D really meaning the funds are getting sent to the right person.

Debit/Card in some terms means in question of " Do you have a Debit/Credit Card.

What term do you mean have we heard of debt/card.

be simple and send the funds to them through the bank, postal order, cheque through post saves all the hassle your going through now.

Sorry if I am not very clear. My problem is that I receive all my payments on my paypal account then I have to wait 3 to 4 days for money to clear in my account to pay my manufacturer. At least he accepts payment by card over the phone.

Just looking for a quicker way through the process

Now you need some one else. I use paypal or bank transfer for all payments sometimes I take cheques but the client has to be with me a while before I take cheques of a client.

Have you thought about a merchant account, taking payments like that?

I think that would be US, but paypal seem to offer merchant accounts though.

Paypal did do one but they have now ended it. It was easy to transfer my paypal monies direct to the card within 24 hrs
