I want create ecommerce website (internet-shop) and send traffic to this shop from more countries. On this shop I want selling premium wordpress plugins and themes..I can draw PSD templates in Photoshop and can make wordpress (html5+css3+js+php5) templates..I want mass create plugins and templates. On wordpress.org now i have three free wordpress plugins.

Which UK laws I need know for start this website on servers in UK and register limited company for this site in UK?? Please give me links to UK laws for I will reading laws..

You will benefit from looking at companies house as well as the rules on vat and tax. Consider why you want to open a company as opposed to being self-employed too. Keep in mind that it is one thing reading the laws, interpreting them in light of your circumstances and how the courts apply the laws is quite another.

You don't need a limited company. All you need is the website and your contact details.

But....

You will not sell a simgle theme or plugin. If you want to sell themes you need to publish them on the various marketplaces. If you want to sell plugins you need a free version and an upgrade option.

To be quite blunt, your plugins are very poor. I've tested all three and there are far better alternatives. You may not like my crtisism but you need a lot better product if you want people to pay.

You work for yourselves and you are self-employed. I do not think you need a company, if you want selling in UK, just as fisicx said you need to tell the cutomer your website to show them your draws and tell them your contact information.

Why not use a site like Codecanyon, where the passing traffic would be massive?

There is also a way to potentially drive a lot of sales very quickly if you have the right type of plugins - I means thousands of sales across a few days!!!

Are you guys saying that self-employed people can sell plugins through their website and simply declare the sales as earnings?

Have you tried to get something accepted by themeforest? There are more hoops to jump through than than you get at a hoop jumping competition.

The funny thing is their quality control is just awful. Almost every time I have had the pleasure of working with a TF theme it has been full of bugs resulted in opening tickets to get stuff fixed. Most of the themes use useless page builders and are full of bloat with too many plugin dependencies.
