Working on a new project
We are taking on sales agents; they will not be in the UK but will have access to high-speed internet (1GB is the basic package in this country), so bandwidth/speed is not an issue. Time delay due to geography with TTNC is acceptable, and I presume it should be similar for all suppliers - this will need to be confirmed. Agents will work separately, not from a single office location.
Initially 5+ but prepared to scale to 20+ and beyond
Some agents may use a lot of minutes, while others barely any, so ideally, I want to group minutes across all lines and be able to scale this up and down. All calls to UK numbers, 80% landlines, 20% mobiles, all calls to businesses.
Blocking calls to other countries, premium rates numbers etc required.
ALL calls must be recorded and saved. To allow long-term remote storage and analysis, the ability to automatically offload data to Amazon or a similar service would be ideal. Auto transcription of all calls would be awesome.
Automated blocking of CTPS numbers would also be helpful but not essential.
Agents can have shared or separate numbers, but it should be easy to see who has called a number, both from the recordings and ideally online.
