Don't put it right at the top of the page - this is the dead zone.

Use Amazon as a role model.

But don't bother unless you have something to search for. If you only have a few posts then it's not going to help your visitors.

What do you think the best way is to cater (and track/measure) for the different kinds of landlords who visit my site, ie inexperienced, experienced, professional.

Do you think the use of different text boxes on the right hand size, with different messages might be a good way to go.

Ie New Top Property (click here)

Experienced Investor (Click here)

Professional

Any thoughts welcome.
