Sales training books

Hi all,

I am looking for good books to sharpen my knowledge in selling over the telephone. The majority of books I have found refer to scripts and cold calling. All clients I speak with are inbound calls rather than cold calling/prospecting.
I work in financial services selling/advising on life insurance and other protection products.
I am looking for literature which will enhance my closing techniques as well as building urgency and really boost my sales skills all round.

I recommend Cold to Committed by Kyle Vamvouris and the classic Selling 101 by Zig Ziglar. I think these two books would definitely help you to warm up your engagement with your prospects.

How to master the art of selling - Tom Hopkins. Some very solid advice without the cheese. I strongly advice you the real the books of Leil Lowndes also. Not directly about sales but pretty close.
