Hi all, I am looking for good books to sharpen my knowledge in selling over the telephone. The majority of books I have found refer to scripts and cold calling. All clients I speak with are inbound calls rather than cold calling/prospecting. I work in financial services selling/advising on life insurance and other protection products. I am looking for literature which will enhance my closing techniques as well as building urgency and really boost my sales skills all round. I look forward to hearing your suggestions.
