Too many cooks spoil the broth. There's a big difference between director and a manager. A director make investment decisions and it could be a nightmare getting so many directors lined up in such as small business. A business of this size needs one person calling the shots and maybe some silent directors who trust you to make it profitable. Sounds like a potential nightmare
