Registered address on letterhead

At the bottom of my letterhead do i need to add the registered address if already on the top of the letterhead.

As long as the registered office appears on the letterhead it doesn't matter if it's at the top or at the bottom.

You should also make sure that you have the registered company name and company number somewhere on there too.

And also your place of registration, ie England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales.

As long as you have it somewhere, its ok. In fact, I don't think you are required by Law to have a letterhead at all but it does help with building a professional image and with client communication. Please correct me if I am wrong. I do use a letterhead with registered address right on top from day 1.
